@NintendoUK bought Mario Kart for my daughters iPad but needs a Nintendo account. Trying to create one but there is no verification code in the verification email… Terrible UX. What next?
Used some poor support systems before the @LGUKCare ticketing system is horrendous. Terrible email formatting, no obvious way to reply or provide screenshots. Not what I expected from a big brand and in stark contrast to the quality of displays! 🤷🏻♂️
@SophB74 @NickyAACampbell To be fair I’ve been listening regularly to this and he’s said several times he isn’t suggesting “all”. In my experience it’s a clear majority who don’t comply - on my walk each day I pass 10 regulars, 1 makes effort to go >2m, 3 adhere to 2m, and the rest don't known I’m there.

We heard you! We're increasing the number of participants who can be viewed simultaneously on the #MicrosoftTeams meeting stage to 9. Rolling out soon.
The power I felt knowing where the last Easter Egg was hidden this morning was incredible. The child found it inside the lawnmower after spending half an hour deciphering my cryptic clue #Easter 🐣
@ThomasReeve@andybudd Similar system here but wish I could rename the spaces. Only recently found out you could stop them from rearranging in settings, which bugged me for ages 👍🏻
Really thrilled for @innovateheruk announcing their brand new online programme today. Solving real-world problems related to the pandemic using tech, the programme gives girls to chance develop their tech skills, guided by mentors from the safety of their own homes. So great!🏠👏
It’s obvious, but now that people are all using tools such as Teams, the time I’m saving acknowledging a point in a chat window via a simple microinteraction is insane. Far fewer emails along the lines of:
—Great, thanks.
—OK cheers.
—Appreciate it.
