@Ladygalestrack Meagan had a four mile time trial this morning. She ran her 5k in 18:20 a huge or and finished in 24:23. She was with the lead pack. Three other ladies.

@twil2323 I feel kidder is the most unappreciated athlete in Lancaster. The guy has done just about everything for running. And he still runs with the high school kids every now and then.
