I have reported this hundreds of times via voice memo disengagements and even made a point to call your call center to escalate but was ignored. @NTSB @NHTSAgov

@teslascope @Tesla Yes 100%. It’s hard to understand why super engaged owners aren’t first in line. Many times a car on my account on standard gets an update before another car with the same configuration on advanced. Makes zero sense and has caused me to be substantially less engaged.
