Shipped a package by @FedEx to a customer in Seattle (8 miles away) on Dec 1. Rather than deliver it on next day #FedEx shipped it on a wild goose chase to Fargo ND. I called yesterday to inquire. Rather than ship it back to WA, they sent it further East to Ohio. #FedExFail
