I am communicating more than week and all responses are like beating around the bush instead of direct reassurance

Device now goes from 100% to 70% in matter of minutes..
Screen on time drastically reduced to under an hour..
This is really an evil update

@madebygoogle Due to poor battery performance, I went to Gurgaon (Haryana) service centre for battery replacement of pixel 4a under the program and they say device screen or anything can get damaged while changing and it will not be their responsibility.

@madebygoogle Communication with Case ID [3-5113000038639] received 2 days back, saying I will be contacted within 1-2 days.
No communication after that.
Battery drain is making usage of my device very hard, thanks to battery issue and than the Android update.

Sec 84 road between sikanderpur & sihi is the only road which is used to commute is completely broken due the ongoing work
It would help if the back road cn be temporarily repaired for better connectivity
