@LATAMAirlines If I purchase a ticket which is Economy Top on outbound and Economy Light on inbound and incase I need to refund it, how would the fare rules apply in terms of refund fees?
@AmericanAir agents seem to deliberately provide incorrect information to customers and ensure they have to complete multiple transactions and keep paying fees! A manner of Extortion!!! The AAdvantage representatives are unable to accept their mistakes and rectify the situation!!
@souq Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the after sales service received for my TV. Despite multiple promises, no one has called me or contacted me for my replacement, it has been more than two weeks now and no action from your side. A disgrace to @amazon
@AmericanAir 2 of my bags are in Washington while one is in Chicago. Firstly, I was rerouted and therefore didnt end up in Washington and secondly, I WAS NEVER SUPPOSED TO GO TO CHICAGO. WHY IS MY BAG THERE? Isn't it a security risk and illegal to send bags without the passenger?
