#imnotashamed that after 2 years in the streets with my son I decided to go back to finish my high school but I had no money. I did my matric whilst I was doing domestic chores to 4 different houses during the week & weekend in order to pay for fees, buy uniform, food etc 💘
@BrendaWardle He would make a monumental fool of himself after he got a national humiliation and endured insults hurled at him just because the membership dare saw him worthy of being eligible for election to the high office in the party. But ke anything is possible, sithole sakhe umkhanyo
@AFRICANDEMOC You are such a rubbish of a human being and no wonder your micky mouse stokvel has no support. Spreading lies about March and March will not make you relevant
We are not making things up.
The man indicated last week that he has another part-head bail in another court on Monday so this matter must be postponed to Tuesday.
The court imposed this unsuitable date.
This is very unusual in our courts.
Interesting observation.
In a Schedule 1 matter involving Fadiel Adams last week, the National Prosecuting Authority deployed three senior prosecutors to handle the bail hearing.
Yet in a Schedule 5 matter involving high-profile accused persons and feared taxi bosses, the @NPA_Prosecutes, in its wisdom, dispatched a single prosecutor — with no apparent backup or support.
And we are expected to believe the institution is genuinely concerned about the safety, wellbeing, and protection of its prosecutors?
NB: If calling this an “attack on the NPA” is the chosen refrain, I shall wear the label as a badge of honour — and of valour.
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) says it is studying the order to strike Joe 'Ferrari' Sibanyoni and three co-accused's extortion case off the court roll. The case against the notorious taxi boss and his co-accused was struck off the court roll because of an unreasonable delay in the matter.

@eNCA Magistrate ignored the prosecutor's insistence that he'd be unavailable on Monday. She could have postponed hearing to later date, which happens all the time. She instead scrapped case from the rolleven after defence gave her option of imposing bail. Something very fishy here.
Last week the prosecutor indicated he was not available for this appearance today. The magistrate went on to say "I will push it down your throat"......
What a devious bank. R 800 000 was fraudulently withdrew from client's account with STANDARD BANK. SB offered her R 97 000 in goodwill and to sign an indemnity agreement, which she refused.
My question to SB - "Why don't you be honest with your clients." @StandardBankZA
Trust me... I'm no #Zuma fan.
But imagine how we would still be losing our ish if $500k was found in his couch.
I know... Msholozi is tainted by #Nkandla, the #Guptas, the #ArmsDeal etc etc.
But don't we seem to hold the two men in the same position to a different standard?
