It was my mom’s death anniversary. She had died of cancer, and it was a trying time for family. My father did not leave town for 8 years thereafter, begging off from travelling to meet family, which stays all over. I was unable to talk about my mother without tears in my eyes. Now after so many years, pain has subsided, and beautiful, cheerful memories about her can be remembered with smile again. Such is the blessing of life.

With love for my mother, who lives each day in our minds and hearts, and is now a happy, happy companion.
