Is anyone working @DreamHost , or are you taking today off too? Still no reply from Pro Services about my site being down or the unauthorized payment.
@skystracloud Thanks for the offer, I'll consider it. I'm going to give them one last chance, and the benefit of the doubt since it was a holiday weekend. They'll really have to go above and beyond at this point though.
@DreamHostCare Update: I received an email from Andres yesterday morning saying he would be looking into my site, didn't hear anything else, then my credit card was charged $378 that I didn't authorize. If my site isn't repaired for free today I'm leaving Dreamhost.
