God, might your Spirit invite us to a kind of holy conferencing that is a space for affirmation and hope rather than a space for condemnation and hate. Amen.

Alright #vaumc2022 -- we are ONE WEEK AWAY from our New Thing gathering! Wednesday, June 15 at Gosnold's Hope Park in the River Birch Shelter (901 Little Back River Rd in Hampton). We’ll gather for fellowship at 5. Worship and preparation for Annual Conference will begin at 5:30!

In a day, we'll be in a time of holy conferencing together. As we've been approaching this particular session of Annual Conference, you've likely noticed a sense of tension. There are many ideas, many motions, and many hopes for what will happen this weekend. #vaumc #vaumc21

We are praying for the tech team making Annual Conference possible. We are praying for our conference clergy and laity. We are praying for the churches of the Virginia Annual Conference
