$NTLA What the freakin Hell is it now? I don't get why these ignorant morons can still have their way with this very successful, nearly commercial (selling well) biotech company stock, with more perfect Data than any Pharma could have demonstrated on their own.

My only concern is that they sell out too soon for ~ $5 Billion valuation or so, to some Pharma like $REGN

Management has already demonstrated how weak they can be when they did not allow a run-up (for all holders of), just prior to the huge (GREAT) data revealed at a very Low! price point not too long ago.

Should have been well over $20 by now....imo.

Shattuck Labs announced holders have exercised about 50.6 mln common stock warrants, representing roughly 96% of warrants issued in the August 2025 private placement. The warrant exercises are expected to generate aggregate gross proceeds of about $54.9 mln, including approximately $49.3 mln received after March 31, 2026. Combined with roughly $90.4 mln in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments at March 31, 2026, the company expects to fund operations into 2029.

*Shattuck Labs Reports Good Safety Results for Phase 1 Study of Drug Candidate for Immune-Related Disease

07:03 AM EDT, 06/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shattuck Labs (STTK) said Monday its phase 1 study of SL-325, a treatment for immune-related disease, showed good safety results and consistent drug performance in healthy volunteers.

The company said a small number of participants developed mild immune reactions to the drug, but these did not affect how the drug worked in the body.

No serious or severe side effects were reported, and all side effects linked to treatment were mild, the company said.

Shattuck Labs said the drug showed predictable behavior in the body, with higher doses leading to higher exposure, and no signs of harmful immune system over-activation.

Based on the study, Shattuck said it will move SL-325 into a larger phase 2 study in Crohn's disease, involving about 174 patients in North America and Europe.

The study will compare two dose levels of the drug against a placebo over 52 weeks, with final results expected in 2028, it added.
