@fash_ion0 4.Failure to Honor Commitments: Elagia breached their own terms and conditions by failing to deliver within the promised timeframe and refusing to take responsibility for the issues caused by their operational setup.

@fash_ion0 3.Unresponsive Customer Service: They take days to reply, ignore requests for escalation to a manager, and provide no resolutions. When I requested a refund for the shipping costs I paid, they ignored my request entirely.

@fash_ion0 I was forced to arrange and pay for a return carrier myself, which goes against their claims. When the carrier refused the parcel due to tax complications (caused by Elagia’s setup), they left me unsupported and refused to pay any extra charges.

2.Misleading Returns Policy: They advertise a “simple 20-day return process,” but in reality, it’s the opposite.

@fash_ion0 horrible experience with Elagia so others don’t go through the same. Their services are completely unreliable, and their handling of my order has been unacceptable. 1.Shipping Issues: I paid for express delivery (6–10 business days), but my parcel arrived weeks late.
