@CashSupport On 7/28, I sent the required docs for legal name change. Hasn't been made. No info when I follow up. Tonight: "We have provided as much information as possible to help you resolve your issue. We’re unable to provide additional support and will be closing your case."
@sideburnbaby Thanks for this thread. I lived in Altadena for a few years and loved it. Never knew this history. My family has a long history in LA too. (My great-grandparents came from Mississippi in the 1930s. First AME was our family's church home, so I grew up knowing of Biddy.)
@AeriesSIS When will you fix your app? Our district has been in session for more than a month without being able to use the app, IT ticket submitted, and no end in sight.
@UnifyFCU Just found out the hard way that your Zelle limit is now $500 a day. Never mind that you didn't (and never) bother to communicate this to your customers. Why do you continue to offer Zelle when all they do is restrict your customers' ability to send money?
Juneteenth is to be commemorated more than celebrated.
I know media has coined “Happy Juneteenth”, but would we say “Happy End of the Holocaust” to Jewish people? Bc slavery was just that, a genocide torture camp that legally lasted for 246yrs, for context the holocaust was 4yrs
@LEGO_Group That LEGO would:
1. Get a unified, centralized design team and strategy.
2. Do customer research to find out what people are interested in, what sets they do/don't buy and why.
3. Realize there are lots of people who want to build things other than Star Wars and cars.
@themultiplemom Does your daughter (or anyone else who'd like to respond) let something that happened years ago be the reason to never do it again? 5 years ago, mine had a pretzel that had too much salt on it. She's never eaten a pretzel since, and anytime she's offered one, she tells the story.
@themultiplemom My "favorite" is when mine (10) asks me if I remember something from eons ago that I'd rather not, like "Mama, remember the time you stepped on the thing to open the trash can and my toe was under it? That hurt so much!"
@isadwatson I read everything in the seat-back pocket. Also usually had a book to read or a puzzle book. Always had something with me to listen to music on. When I was a kid, my brother and I would get a deck of cards from a flight attendant and play War.
