Absolute shitshow by @ScenesonSwiggy with my booking for “Soul of Andhra” event JW Marriott Pune. Scenes took a booking for lunch and the event only for dinner. Reached with family to be denied entry and JW says they don’t take bookings from Swiggy.

What kind of nonsensical spam is this? Everyone I make a significant transaction I get such a message. Does not official at all with a random number everyone that has joined WhatsApp in the last month. If this is official, Spamming much?

Despite explaining that I’m standing here with my family with little kids, unable to give them the planned lunch, there was zero empathy, receiving template responses. Being offered Rs.200 coupon, then refund in 48-72 hrs was pathetic.

@micsolana I’m a millennial and even I did. The transition to reduced play started in my generation. We used to laugh at folks drinking water from a bottle and actually advised against it for better immunity.
