The most underrated skill in Corporate: Being easy to work with. Not the smartest person. Not the most talented. Just the person everyone wants on their team. Returns emails quickly. Doesn't create drama. Makes other people's jobs easier. Shows up prepared. While everyone's trying to be impressive, just be helpful. It pays better.

You will remain depressed for the rest of your existence if you don't learn to take some ownership over your life. Sometimes you do have to take calculated risks, say no and stand up to someone/something that bothers you, make the changes YOU want to see for YOUR life without requiring for external approval to do it. You cannot enjoy your life if you are dormant about your own success or commitment to happiness. Being passive is toxic, don't let anyone trick you into thinking otherwise, be aggressive and committed to pursuing your deepest desires and go at them until they become a reality, it's completely up to you.
