@OpenreachHelp The issue is with openreach you didn’t turn up, didn’t have the courtesy to let me know you weren’t going to attend and now won’t arrange a new appointment is sky as you are incompetent. 6 days to try and get you to sort out a fault is ridiculous

@OpenreachHelp my internet is down since Friday and Sky arranged for you to attend Monday between 1 and 6. Had a day off and surprise surprise no one attended! Trying to get in touch with you to arrange a replacement appointment and no luck ALL DAY !! Useless 😡

@OpenreachHelp I have spoken to my provider Sky on numerous occasions and they are advising me that Openreach are going to contact me but they haven’t !! They also didn’t turn up on my scheduled Monday appointment as they didn’t have the resources but didn’t think to let us know 😡
