New-years Eve Toshikoshi soba served up at our hotel. The word “toshikoshi” means to climb or jump from the old year to the new, and is symbolic for breaking off the hardship of the year and jumping into a fresh start of the year ahead. Here’s to a fresh start for us all in 2020!
