@Kohls my elderly mother Was assisted w/ online purch in store Springfield, OH. for Aug. 16 via USPS. Didnt arrive a week later. She went to store, called cust serv, told to call back today & then to call tomorrow. Cannot deal w/ cust serv - they are giving run around- advise.

Package 30 mi from my house for 10 days -out for delivery 5 times even in my driveway 2 days ago and NEVER delivered the item and a research ticket with no response.

It’s to the point that I’m not ordering from stores anymore that use FedEx as their shipping!

@TMobile @TMobileHelp my students are doing a project on network design and the cost involved in erecting 5G cell towers. Is anybody at your offices able to give us a rough estimate of the cost of putting up a new cell phone tower in a remote area?

@Verizon it’s frustrating as a teacher when you give students IT industry projects & students call customer service departments of well known companies & they literally refuse to talk to the students or transfer them to support to answer questions because they’re not customers!!

Anyway I don’t want someone to be unsafe but I think this delivery was irresponsible and not timely considering it passed my house from NY to IN before coming back to OH. People can say whatever they want about the post office but I always get better service from them.

Really @FedEx this is acceptable delivery?? I hope @BestBuy rethinks using you as their delivery provider. This Christmas gift is late, fine there was a winter storm but then dump it at the end of my driveway next to the road is acceptable??

Fedex delivered Monday to the road. Yeah there is wind and more snow but the driveway is walkable and wouldn’t get a car stuck at this point if you have to pull in.

Note: we shoveled the driveway Friday when it was -24 windchill in consideration of the delivery drivers. I ordered two items for Friday delivery. One on Tuesday from NY coming via @FedEx and one coming from CA coming via @USPS . Both were late. USPS delivered SATURDAY.
