Lemme just say tho I have never been consistent with anything before, but it has been the third month of doing HIIT training and I have been SHOWING UP!! Let's keep this going.
My sister asked me irritatingly why I was in bed the whole day today and, "how many days are you gonna be like this?" Meanwhile, today is my only day off after 7 days of working (including 5 double shifts). Lay off my back 🤣
