@thesagdiary_ get a file started IMMEDIATELY with authorities. we dealt with a psycho who went mad because he was cut off. he been in since 2018/2019. this is almost exactly what he did, he got new numbers every hour and called/text her nonstop until he was arrested. it was months of this.
