Just because you married into a Black American family doesn't mean you suddenly know everything about Black Americans, our culture, or our traditions. In my family, my grandmother used to host Sunday dinners all the time, and it's especially common among Black American families from the South, where Sunday dinners have been a longstanding cultural and family tradition. Just because something wasn't common in the family you married into doesn't mean it isn't common in other Black American households. Black Americans aren't a monolith, and your limited personal experience doesn't give you the authority to speak for an entire community. And the fact that you're sitting up here saying, "This is why people don't like Black Americans," simply because someone challenged your perspective says a whole lot more about you than it does about us. You're freaking ignorant, dude. The audacity to generalize an entire ethnic group while simultaneously acting like you're an expert on our culture just because you married into it is absolutely ridiculous.
