I gained weight in Christ 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
If you’re afraid to give your life to God because of what people will say about you, this is for you.
The enemy’s greatest weapon is not your past.
It’s convincing you that your past is too big for God’s grace.
Yes, people may talk.
Yes, people may remind you of who you used to be.
Yes, some may even mock your decision to follow Christ.
But don’t let fear of people’s opinions keep you from experiencing God’s transformation.
The same people who talk about your past cannot save your future.
Give your life to God anyway.
Because one day, what they mocked will become your testimony.
What they used against you will become proof of God’s grace.
“If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away; behold, all things have become new.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 ✝️
Don’t let your fear of people keep you from the God who can change your life.
One of the biggest dangers of social media is that it can make people feel behind in life.
Young women see the weddings.
They see the luxury vacations.
They see the designer clothes.
They see the relationships.
They see the success stories.
What they don’t see is the journey.
They don’t see the years of preparation.
They don’t see the sacrifices.
They don’t see the struggles.
They don’t see the private battles.
As a result, many people spend their lives comparing themselves to people whose full story they do not know.
Instead of trying to “tap into” someone else’s blessing, focus on building your own life.
Ask God for wisdom.
Ask God for discernment.
Ask God to prepare you for your future.
Your journey is different.
Your timing is different.
Your purpose is different.
There is nothing wrong with being single.
There is nothing wrong with starting over.
There is nothing wrong with taking your time.
The pressure to keep up with what you see online has led many people into debt, depression, unhealthy relationships, and decisions they later regret.
Be proud of where you are.
Trust God’s timing.
And remember: a life built on truth will always outlast a life built on appearances. 🚧🚧🚧🚧🚧🚧🚧

You don't have to like your job, but you should respect it.
Job loss has a way of reminding people that what they took for granted was carrying more weight than they realized. Besides, it's often easier to find your next opportunity while you still have your current one.

There is a lot of confusion around protein. The facts:
1. Protein is extremely important for the body. Most enzymes, hormones and structures are made from protein.
2. Meat is not protein. Meat is protein rich but is not protein. Many people think protein is only in meat, eggs and meat
3. Many plant based foods like seeds, nuts, legumes and green leafy vegetables are protein rich and can provide the body with protein. In fact foods like pumpkin seeds give more protein per gram than some meats.
4. Many of the healthiest and longest lived people get their protein mostly from plants.
5. Protein is mostly recycled in your body. If you exercise and move regularly, your body spares protein and so you dont need to eat as much as those who don’t exercise.
6. The body needs some animal foods not merely because of protein but because animal foods provide other important nutrients like vitamin B12, taurine and carnosine.
7. While animal foods are protein rich and a good source of protein you can get most of your protein needs from plants too, provided you eat a diverse range of plant foods and also stay active.
That said in moderation animal food is ok but too much in my opinion isn’t beneficial and can even be harmful.
HE STARTED A BAR THAT SELLS ONLY WATER IN KIRA AFTER HIS DAD WAS ADMITTED IN INDIA WITH KIDNEY FAILURE
I was surprised when i entered a bar in Kira & found only bottled water in the fridge, no beer, no soda, no alcohol just water, i asked the manager why, he kept quiet & called the boss
the boss came & at first laughed it off, he said many people think he is mad, others say the Illuminati controls him, coz it’s where he got the money & they advised him to sell only water
then he explained, his dad had been overdrinking alcohol for years & later he was admitted in India due to kidney failure, he himself donated a kidney to save his father, luckily enough, the transplant was successful & his dad healed well
when they returned to Uganda, his dad swore never to drink alcohol again, so out of appreciation & thanking God for a second chance, he decided he would never sell alcohol in his bar
he said he is not ready to sell poison to other people & watch them go through wat they went through with his dad & that is how a bar in Kira ended up selling only water
