@HMRCcustomers It’s not something I can put on a public post. I have now put a complaint in as I have had the phone put down on me and the chatbot was not helpful at all.

@premierinn very disappointed with my recent stay at Great Yarmouth seafront this time. I stay at least 4 times a year and this is not what I expect.
