The Backpack TGE was far from perfect. A lot of the FUD we see today could've been prevented if certain things had been handled differently.

I'm also sorry to hear that many Chinese community members were incorrectly labeled as sybils. Since the Backpack team is reviewing those cases, I believe they'll eventually make things right.

The Chinese community is vital to the crypto ecosystem, and we want to see as many genuine users as possible join us on this journey. Except you SYBILS!

Most importantly, we as a community need to get back on our feet and support an exchange with this much potential. Unlike 99% of crypto projects, Backpack has solid tokenomics and a business that will soon be very profitable.

I truly hope the team learns from these mistakes and ensures they aren't repeated. Backpack is in a prime position to become a legendary CEX.

1⃣ 项目方有钱

当时收购FTX EU花3270万美金，加上承担FTX EU全部客户索赔责任约5500万美金，总计近8800万美金了

FTX主破产程序明确声明不负责EU部分，Backpack除用FTX EU继承资产偿还，其余的都是自己兜底。��都是自掏腰包的钱，不是估值融资那种PPT假钱。

近1亿美金的真实支出，现在FDV不到2亿美金，全卖了也回不了本。我博一手项目方的实力与格局

2⃣业务护城河极深

FTX EU原本就持有CySEC颁发的MiFID II授权，这不是普通币圈牌照，是传统金融级牌照（跟Goldman Sachs在欧洲用的同级别），允许在整个欧盟合法提供加密衍生品交易

Backpack收购后，CySEC批准了转让，2025年6月牌照重启，同年年9月Backpack EU正式上线欧洲regulated perps，成为当时欧洲几乎唯一合规perps平台

CySEC现在严格审核现有玩家转��，几乎不再批新MiFID II衍生品牌照。新交易所想拿欧洲永续合约牌照：需巨额资本、18个月尽调、本地实体、AML治理全套，门槛比以前高太多。

目前欧洲几乎没有其他合规perps平台，Binance、OKX在欧洲衍生品受限。新玩家复制成本极高，这就是护城河，短期内无对手，这就跟垄断一样，未来收入低不了

3⃣币圈散户变上市公司股东的机会

大家知道币圈项目发token只有治理权，真实股权我是没见过。BP这次的staking to equity算是行业首创吧？

连续质押BP满1年，按官方固定比率，把你质押的BP换成Backpack公司的真实股份。而且当公司未来IPO时，你能优先以IPO发行价拿到公司股��

4⃣代币经济学设计的科学合理

初期只有25%流通，后面37.5%按照里程碑触发解锁，无大额团队抛压。另外金库的37.5%至少锁仓到公司IPO后1年

项目这么牛逼，但依然阻挡不了现在FDV不到2亿美金的事实，这就是熊市的魅力😂 我先行介入了兄弟们，短期能不能涨不知道，但我觉得安全垫还是挺厚的

Hoy hemos tenido el TGE de $BP y aunque personalmente me ha dejado un sabor agridulce, me gustaría comentar varias cosas, entre ellas la utilidad del token y al final mi opinión personal.

Como habrás visto, el token de Backpack ha salido inicialmente en torno a $0.24, algo que personalmente pensaba que sería superior ($0.5��0.6), pero bueno, de esto hablaremos más adelante.

Para empezar, vamos a explicar los Tokenomics

📦 Supply & distribución

Total supply: 1B
Circulating en TGE: 25% (250M)

• 24% → Points (240M)
• 1% → Mad Lads (10M)

Distribución 100% lineal por puntos.

🧠 Diseño del token (clave)

Backpack no está siguiendo el modelo clásico de un token de exchange.

El supply se estructura en:

1. TGE (comunidad)
2. Unlocks pre-IPO ligados a crecimiento
3. Tesorería post-IPO

👉 No hay unlocks masivos típicos con el paso del tiempo sin ningún tipo de hito → el objetivo es expandir supply solo si hay crecimiento real (productos, usuarios, nuevas regiones).

🔒 Staking (core del sistema)

El token está diseñado para ser stakeado, no solo holdeado.

Beneficios por staking del token:

1⃣ Descuento en comisiones de negociación: Hay 11 niveles según la cantidad de tokens en staking.
A partir de 100k tokens (~24k$) puedes operar en límite con 0% fees en Spot y Futuros.

👉 En mi opinión, esto no está pensado para retail, está claramente orientado a volumen. Y eso es bueno, porque el dinero real viene de ahí.

2⃣ Descuentos por transferencias bancarias: Una de las ventajas de Backpack es poder mover dinero entre crypto y banco.

• 1 transferencia gratis/mes
• luego ~30$ por operación
• con staking → 3, 5 o incluso ilimitadas

👉 Esto es mucho más importante de lo que parece. Si Backpack consigue escalar los fiat rails para institucionales y grandes capitales, aquí está una de las mayores utilidades del token.

3⃣ Rendimiento extra en tus USD: otra gran utilidad, sobre todo si no quieres tener parados tus dólares en la billetera o en tu banco, puedes generar ~3% anual sobre USD.

Con staking → hasta +3% extra (6% total)

¿Realmente es útil? Pongamos un ejemplo sencillo:

1 millón de dólares que es el máximo que permite poner al 6% APR estaría generando unos 60.000$ al año.

Pero para ello tendría que tener 500,000 tokens en staking (120,000$ aprox.)

Eso equivale a ≈25% de ROI sobre el valor de los tokens en staking.

👉 Personalmente creo que esto es MUY potente. Aquí veo claramente a ballenas comprando BP para optimizar yield.

4⃣ Elegibilidad para IPOS: Aún no hay todos los detalles, pero la lógica es clara:

Más stake = más acceso

Será como acceder a una preventa pero de empresas importantes que salgan a bolsa que de otra forma solo los institucionales podrán (SpaceX, OpenAI, Revolut...)

👉 Si esto se ejecuta bien, puede ser una de las utilidades más fuertes del token.

5⃣ Equity Exchange Program

Sistema para intercambiar BP por equity real de Backpack.

Mecánica es sencilla:

Fase de Activación: requiere ~1 año de staking

Fase de Bonus: acumulas capacidad adicional ~4 años de staking

Detalles importantes:
unstake resetea el reloj (solo en la parte retirada)

👉Probablemente la mejor utilidad del token. Está muy bien planteado porque incentiva el largo plazo real.

Segunda capa: acceso a IPO (sin convertir tokens)

Además, los holders/stakers tendrán acceso prioritario a la IPO de Backpack sin necesidad de convertir tokens.

6⃣ Tarjeta de Backpack: muy pronto tendremos acceso a la tarjeta para usar nuestras criptomonedas
Lo lógico:

• cashback
• reducción de fees
• perks por nivel

👉Si integran bien Exchange + card, esto puede escalar muchísimo.

7⃣ Beneficios en la billetera web3: al igual que otras billeteras como TrustWallet que ya tiene token u otras como Metamask que próximamente tendrá.

Aquí se abre un abanico enorme de utilidades, desde descuentos en fees, pagar fees con $BP en lugar del token nativo de la red, acceso a dApps integradas, acceso a drops / launches de otros proyectos (asociaciones).

Recuerda, la primera semana: unstake instantáneo
Después: 7 días de unstake

Y no olvidemos el próximo gran catalizador 🔜

Backpack va a abrir: miles de Stocks, ETFs y commodities reales, que a diferencia de los xStocks que tan de moda se han puesto. Aquí hay dividendos y derecho a voto.

Esto es muy importante porque en acciones como CocaCola, McDonald's y muchas más, si no recibes el dividendo, estás perdiendo una parte importante del retorno real del activo, ya que cuando la empresa recibe dividendo se descuenta del valor de la acción y tú lo perderías.

Y si aun te parece poco la diferencia, fíjate en una cosa: con los xStocks, solo veras unas pocas acciones, porque además del handicap anterior, la liquidez para poder comprar y operas es muy importante. En Backpack tendrás acceso a la liquidez de las TradFi (Finanzas tradicionales), es decir a la liquidez global.

Podrás tener acciones y operarlas en futuros.

👉 se podrán usar como colateral dentro del sistema de margen

Para finalizar, quiero daros mi opinión.

Hay que ser objetivos, el precio inicial me ha decepcionado, se que no es fácil lanzar un token y contentar a todo el mundo, pero un buen TGE suele crear una comunidad fuerte y es una gran herramienta de Marketing.

Sin embargo, el diseño del token me parece de los más interesantes que he visto en mucho tiempo.

Tiene sus riesgos, pero este token puede tener mucho más recorrido que el típico token de exchange que de por si, suele tener buen rendimiento.

¿Será el próximo BNB?

De momento el equipo apuesta todo por el largo plazo, de hecho, el equipo no tiene acceso a su asignación hasta después de la IPO, alineando incentivos a largo plazo, cuando realmente se haya creado el valor.

El mercado decidirá el precio, pero la estructura del token es lo que realmente importa.
