Kids, let me remind you our miserable roots, since you all love to drag GAP unprovoked those days.
Before GAP everything was:
a. Queerbaiting (ahem, Supercorp and BeChloe);
b. Lesbians dying (ahem, Clexa and RootShaw);
c. Lesbians in prison (ahem, OITNB);
d. Lesbians cheating (ahem, Calzona);
e.. Lesbians cheating with men (ahem, Juliantina, Emisue);
f. Lesbians existing to support a hetero protagonist (ahem, SolJiwan, Brittana and WayHaught);
g. Lesbians treating the relationship as temporary, experimental, or a phase (ahem, Sanvers);
h. Lesbians divorcing (ahem, Emison, Calzona);
i. Lesbians written for men's gaze (ahem, Blue is the Warmest Color, Citrus );
j. Doomed yuri (basically 90% of the industry).
Before GAP, lesbian couples on TV often were a side characters with a tragic ending, death, betrayal, stereotypes or the “it was just a phase” storyline.
GAP changed the formula by showing that lesbian love could simply be a complete love story, with them as MAIN characters, real emotions, development, and a happy ending.
So thank you FreenBecky for starting this new era and giving a GL industry its current bright future.

🎤: you’re girl who’s got a sweet tooth
🦋: honestly, I’m not addicted to sweet things, but I’m addicted to sweet/sugary drinks. I like to have everything from matcha, coffee, bubble tea, literally everything, but I’ll have it with 0 or 25 percent sweetness. So it’s not really that I have a sweet tooth, but it’s more that I have a thing for sweet, sugary drinks.
🎤: are there limits to how many each day?
🦋: if it’s coffee, I limit it to one cup a day, but if it’s tea/bubble tea, there’s no limit; I can drink endless cups all day.
🎤: what’s the most you’ve had?
🦋: oh, when I was doing the fanmeets I drank so many. I probably had like three, but I didn’t finish the whole cup, but I tasted all the different flavours. Yes, three cups a day.
🎤: how much do you like it to be this addicted to drinking tea?
🦋: to be honest, things like this aren’t really that healthy for us. You’ve got to workout regularly as well. But I feel that it’s something that I loved since I was a kid, so why should I give up on something that’s delicious, right? I just have to balance it out by working out or eating a little less, so I can have enough room for bubble tea.
🎤: do you think people will be following you with the same orders?
🦋: if it’s coffee, I’d recommend 0 percent sweetness but got to add honey. It’s got to have the honey aroma – coffee with honey is the best. If it’s matcha, it’s got to be coconut matcha. Having matcha with coconut water is incredibly delicious. It feels refreshing. As for iced tea, 25 percent sweetness, that’s also the same for bubble tea.
🎤: honestly, are you scared about gaining weight when you have it?
🦋: hmm, I feel that there are moments when I go ‘hey, how many cups have I had today? Will I gain weight?’ But I’m someone who’s pretty good at balancing things. So, for instance, if I had a drink that had milk in it, like earlier today. I’d then eat a salad for a meal instead. I just have to try and plan it in my head on how I’m going to eat and what the portions are going to be.
🎤: is this the secret behind looking good/ beautiful?
🦋: yes, I think everyone feel that to lose weight, be skinny, you have to cut all of these things out. But that’s not necessary. You just need to adjust your food intake. We need to know how to balance it.
🎤: does gaining weight after having it make you feel stressed?
🦋: recently, my weight hasn’t been going up, so I need to put on a little bit more weight. I don’t stress about it because I’ve found a middle ground that works for me, for the way I eat and the way I workout, that works for me. So I don’t stress about it. I just do what makes me happy and not be too fixated on eating because I love to eat delicious food.
🎤: and is miu similar to you?
🦋: yes, similar. Whenever I order something on set I’d also order for her too, and we’d both eat very similar things. We’d have the same 0 or 25 percent sweetness levels.
🎤: do you stop each other and say ‘that’s enough now’?
🦋: yes, sometimes. Nong would say ‘drink some water too’. Recently, I’ve been drinking more water.
A Jan MORRE de medo quando a Jing esta com a cara fechada kkkkkkk
🦊: quando ela faz uma cara em branco, parece intimidadora. tente…
🎤: tente fazer uma cara em branco!
🐯: 😐
🎤: nossa, merda
🦊: se você visse isso, o que o p’ diria para cumprimentá-la?
🎤: eu vou pedir pra ela ir pra casa. eu vou encerrar o show
