Matthew: People approach us all the time like, "You are my queer awakening." And I just want to say that, for us, I think that it's super powerful that our relationship to these characters has nothing to do with being gay, but if it means something to a kid out there somewhere who's like, "Oh, I feel seen in this relationship," that it's important for us to hold that space for these queer icons. thing that sadly sucks is PayPal being so picky abt chargebacks that it can become a months-long ordeal, or even worse, they can deny and punish u if it happens "often"

I had one artist straight up ghost once they bought MCR tickets with mine and many ppl's money, PayPal (and VGen) took a total of FOUR MONTHS to handle the chargeback entirely. The artist btw, just recently returned with full presence in the community and vendors, stalls, etc like nothing ever happened. The only consequence they paid was VGen removing their services from sale.
