@AsdaServiceTeam @asda why is it that when receiving a home delivery and two thing happen .1. the driver comes out of the time slot with not notice made to the customer. 2. Then when items are un packed and u have time to check there is so much missing but they don’t refund you.

@AsdaServiceTeam I had a home delivery which the driver came late and also did not deliver all of my items I requested for a refund on the item that were not there and for whatever reason the refund has been denied. Can I get clarification as to what is going on?

@elvie hi I am a new mum and have brought your brand due to some reviews I had seen but unfortunately after getting it have experienced so much issues with the product can I get some help as customer service is not much help unfortunately

@elvie as much as I would love to say I love the on the go breast pumping. I was surprised to receive mine and have a number of issues key one being that it take 2.5 hours to charge fully but usage you can get 2 hours usage out of it.
