@AltraRunning I am still waiting on this refund. My return arrived with you on 11th Feb. So disappointed with my first experience of Altra. Reputable brand let down by unacceptably poor customer service. Will not be a return customer.

@CrateandBarrel absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the manager at your @MallofEmirates store. Awful treatment of shop floor staff. Have always loved this store but won’t be shopping here again if this is how your staff are treated by management.
