We've been experiencing some very hot weather recently ☀️
🍉It is really important to keep hydrated in hot weather. Drink plenty of liquids such as water or fruit or vegetable juices.

These days we are finding ways to stay cool. Sandy is staying cool in an air-conditioned hall during a practise group AAI yoga session & she is practising her famous settle. Dementia Dog reaches many venues, helping people attain their own goals as individual as they are.
Loneliness, isolation and reduced activity can exacerbate symptoms of Dementia. Occupational Therapists understand the positive impact group interventions/enjoyable activity has on mood, self esteem, and skill level.
