An innocent man’s life is on the line, and a fraudulent conviction must be overturned.
We need advocates. Gary is a native of Sevier county Tennessee.
We are asking for the truth be shown and for Tennessee to do the right thing.
Gary Wayne Sutton has fiercely maintained his innocence on Tennessee's death row for over 30 years. The state has scheduled his execution for December 3, 2026. The official case files state the facts clearly: there is absolutely no DNA, no fingerprints, and no physical evidence linking Gary to this crime, We have the documents we see the truth.
Instead, Gary was convicted in 1996 based almost entirely on the bogus scientific testimony of Dr. Charles Harlan, the state’s former chief medical examiner. Dr. Harlan was a thoroughly disgraced official whose medical license was permanently revoked in 2005 after the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners found him guilty of 18 counts of gross incompetence, malpractice, fraud, and deceit.
During the trial, Dr. Harlan fabricated a timeline for the victim's time of death using organ slides a method multiple independent, reputable pathologists have since stated is a scientific impossibility. When the victim was found, the body was in full rigor mortis, meaning it is scientifically impossible for the crime to have occurred when the prosecution claimed. The state's case is built entirely on junk science from a discredited doctor.
We are urgently calling on grassroots advocates, legal organizations, and Governor Bill Lee (@GovBillLee) to look closely at the facts, acknowledge this fatal flaw, and intervene to halt this execution.
The Sutton family also desperately needs immediate legal reinforcement. We are actively seeking dedicated, justice-minded defense attorneys willing to step up, review the case files, and join the fight for Gary's life.

Arcadia Lake Campground Shooting Prompts Massive Police Response in Edmond, Oklahoma
May 3, 2026, approximately 9:18–9:30 p.m., Edmond, Oklahoma — A shooting occurred at Scissortail Campground at Arcadia Lake, near East 15th Street and Air Depot Boulevard, just east of the city and within or near Logan County.
The Edmond Police Department confirmed the incident and responded alongside the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and other assisting agencies. A large emergency presence was reported, including patrol units, tactical teams, fire personnel, and multiple ambulances. Witnesses observed ambulances arriving and leaving the campground as first responders treated victims and secured the scene.
Authorities have not released an official number of victims. Preliminary, unconfirmed reports from scanner traffic and individuals at the scene indicated multiple people were shot, with some estimates suggesting a higher number of possible victims. Reports also indicated at least four gunshot victims were found inside a vehicle. Law enforcement has not confirmed these details, and no information on victims’ identities, ages, or medical conditions has been officially provided.
Hospitals in the area, including facilities associated with INTEGRIS Health, were reportedly placed on precautionary lockdown during the response, though officials have not detailed the extent or duration.
Witness accounts described a disturbance at or near the campground—possibly tied to a large gathering—that escalated into gunfire. Some individuals reportedly fled into nearby wooded areas as officers conducted searches. Unconfirmed descriptions referenced possible multiple suspects, but no suspect information has been verified, and no arrests have been announced.
As of early May 4, authorities have not classified the incident as an active shooter situation and continue to describe it as an active, evolving investigation. Officials urged the public to avoid the area while evidence is collected and witnesses are interviewed.
The investigation remains ongoing, and additional verified details are expected in future updates.

Our Community Care team and some representatives from @UScellular, which donated $5K to the cause, put together about 100 holiday food bags yesterday that will go out to our families in need. What a great partnership.
