@AT&T I am disappointed in the customer service at this specific store, and it’s a shame, it’s the one I normally go to. But for this manager to get so defensive and confrontational, unnecessary and unacceptable.

@ATT When I told her I didn’t receive any calls or voicemails, she proceeded to tell me she would end the call because I was calling her a lier, which the she said, “this call is being recorded”, which then I spoke to the recorder, I have not said Evelyn you are a liar!

@ATT and when I called to ask for the manager, Evelyn said that they open the packages to check the phone number to call the customer, although I never received a phone call, or a voicemail. She said she heard her employee personally call everyone who’s package they opened.

@ATT I chose to have my phone delivered to the store to make sure I received it without any issues, but when I pick it up from the AT&T store, it was given to me open. The employee that handed it to me said they open every package to make sure “everything” was inside?!
