for more context my groomer was and still is a pedophile, because of him I have to do so many things to make myself feel normal, because of him my OCD has very much turned into P-OCD, I hate him sm and everyday I get scared I'll be like him

should I tell my therapist about my groomer, he's the reason my OCD got so bad but I don't want to be like assessed for all kinds of trauma related things, because I was originally in for urgent care so they're really quick to get assesments with me now
