Why is BJP Govt now seeking to modify Supreme Court judgment dated 2012 on allocation / sale of natural resources ?

In 2012, while cancelling 2G Spectrum licences given to various companies by UPA Govt, SC had ruled “while transferring or alienating the natural resources, the State is duty bound to adopt the method of auction by giving wide publicity so that all eligible persons can participate in the process.”

Now BJP Govt has moved SC to modify this judgment.

@IVivekPandey Modi once remarked, the Chinese only show Shanghai. What he meant is that only the glittering is being shown. He wanted to show Bullet train just the same way to show off India's development while he hides its poverty with green nets. He is a fraud only optics, nothing concrete.
