It all seems a bit muddy to me, I realise jobs aren't the only feminist issue, but I'm trying to rack my brain as to what the movement wants in real terms?

And where do we draw the line on demographics? For example, the avg height of a F500 company CEO is 6'2", are short people being discriminated?

Same job, and I earned more for the company, but I put this down to experience, she'd worked in the industry longer. Sometimes it's just down to perception.
