@FifthThird My wife reported her debit card stolen at 12:54 CDT, by phone, to her local branch of 20 years. It was then used for thousands in fraudulent transactions, which were approved. At 6:30 PM, the fraud dept. called to inform her that the card was never listed as stolen!!!

I have not opened the box I'm wondering if I should just return it or if I open it and find out if it's damaged what should I do?

@Walmart I just received the laptop that I ordered from you. FedEx left it on my front porch, during a heavy rain. Note that I was on a plane and did not sign for it. My wife says I should return it because the box was soaked. I don't know if the laptop is damaged or not.
