@gridcustomersuk we have had a quite a few mini power cuts and constant light flickers in EX39 5SF since the storm. Just now we had a 10 second power cut. I worry for our electrical equipment. Is there some work going on in this area since the storm?

@gridcustomersuk Thanks for the update. How about the fact that we have had a lot of light flickers etc since the storm? Quite a few each day. Is this also a known issue? We used to suffer issues like this regularly over the years but the last year has been better.

@NinjaRMMSupport Hi, your guide download, when you sign up, says 2021 on the website, and in the e-mail subject. It says "2022 Guide" in the email body, and then doesn't download when you click the link.

@StarlingMichael @winterchris2010 @GordonFbpe @mikegalsworthy Not sure what you mean, but ASHPs ship with a digital control panel where it shows the DHW temp and when we don't use the hot water the tank remains hot, it doesn't lose temp. We are using it to fill our pool too as it is cheaper than a pool pump.

@winterchris2010 @StarlingMichael @GordonFbpe @mikegalsworthy Exactly. The temperature remains pretty constant when not using the hot water & without the pump running. I have my concerns in terms of ASHPs heating rads, I but underfloor heating works amazingly. Whereas for DHW, it has been brilliant, and very economic.
