@TheRealQuenny all they had to do was make an SP game with what they released as an MP mode. It was what built marathon, it built halo, it built destiny.
The studio that made it didn't have faith in the model they practiced or the content they cultivated in the past.
Classic forever
@MommyOneeChan This actually matters in TS2 from a gameplay perspective, those are barrels of bootleg booze in the prohibition era and you're a detective. You HAVE to drain them as a mission objective.
@Magzama They may have implemented a new adblocker thing. If you're seeing "error occured" refresh the vid. It's literally a "annoy the shit out of them until they turn off the ad blocker" play.
@FetusberryJam was going to say, it was by design made to have you fail repeatedly specifically to eat money to retry.
People really don't understand "git gud" until they have to pay money for every attempt
@LaundryGuy1945 That's for Fallout: Canada, where you explore the annexed areas. All the resource gathering ops- wood, stone, oil- was why, so you'd get all kinds of mechanized logging camps and the like. Could even have a heat bar like the radiation bar. :P
@DaddyWarpig feet guys are like
the middle man between relatively normal & the kind of screwed up that takes several seconds to even process.
The worst part is, because feet aren't "sexy" or illegal, they will go around and... harass devs to bare the feet of a person walking battlefields
@RohanKarMooN part of me thinks the anti-piracy was astroturfing by nintendo. People that only dare to decide anything when they witness a social consensus about said thing, got exposed to so much of it that it became genuine. the only reason they persist is to stay part of the pack.
@HowardOnThePost@Protomario Holy fuck
you guys subconsciously think of sony as your authority
and all this is just a massive appeal to authority fallacy.
They sell you longform rental coupons and you eat it
they put kill switches in your shit for things that never affected you except parasocially
for free
@YoFriesWithThat @Pirat_Nation It's actual BS. They claim it's for a refund "bug", but this only triggers if you download the game.
If you download the game, you can't get a refund per the policy, meaning it's either redundant or that's not what it was meant for.
