@SKODAUK Having the worst week and thanks to Skoda the next month is going to be horrendous. Terrible experience.
Brand new car has to go back for a month, and there are no courtesy cars for a month!!
How as a family with 3 children can we get them to school and two workplaces!!

The Year 1 children have had lots of fun at their gold parties this afternoon! The children have enjoyed musical chairs and musical statues. They then voted on what film to watch, got themselves comfy and ate some snacks! ☺️

@VirginTrains suggestion, instead of just giving compensation for 30mins or more of delays I reckon you should do a loyalty scheme for everytime train is delayed. My Warrington to crewe train 17:39 is delayed everyday 😪

@_Railcards Really frustrated spent the whole day trying to buy one... spent 90mins on hold this morning to be told the systems over the phone weren’t working, plus refreshing the page a million times. Would have made a massive difference to my outgoings as I commute to work everyday #gutted
