BREAKING: TOTAL WAR! Hakeem Jeffries announces a “massive” Democratic response after the Virginia Supreme Court struck down a voter-approved redistricting map.

It’s time to fight fire with fire…

“We remain undeterred. Our effort to forcefully push back against the Republican redistricting scheme will not slow down. We are just getting started,” the House Minority Leader wrote in a letter to his party.

He said that the House Democratic Caucus will meet on Thursday for a strategic war council to plan out how best “to advance the largest voter protection effort in modern American history.”

This new “counteroffensive” will include bold new redistricting maps in blue states to create more Democratic seats, expansive and well-funded lawsuits against MAGA gerrymandering maps, and a comprehensive messaging push to get the word out to voters about Trump’s fascist power grab.

“We will ensure the people decide who controls the Congress, not MAGA extremists desperate to rig the midterm elections,” wrote Jeffries.

“Given the highly unfavorable political environment confronting House Republicans, the extremists will not meaningfully benefit from their scandalous gerrymandering scheme,” Jeffries added. “Quite the opposite. Democratic enthusiasm and resolve have grown more intense.”

He made it clear that we cannot be discouraged and we cannot give up. Now, more than ever, it’s absolutely crucial that we stand up and fight for our democracy. Future generations will judge us based on what we do in this moment. History is watching.

“Even after being aided and abetted by blatantly undemocratic court decisions, the failed GOP majority will not be able to gerrymander themselves back into power,” stated Jeffries.

BREAKING: Donald Trump goes full fascist as a new draft memo reveals that he is weaponizing his MAGA Justice Department to target ActBlue — the primary fundraising platform for the Democratic Party.

He wants to transform us into an authoritarian single party dystopia...

According to a draft memorandum sent to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Trump is directing her to launch an investigation into online fundraising platforms to supposedly root out "straw donors" and foreign contributors. The memo specifically mentions ActBlue.

The memo orders Bondi to report the results of her sham investigation to Trump himself, through his presidential counsel.

In reality, this nothing more than a naked power grab, an attempt to choke off funding to Trump's political enemies so that the Republican Party can entrench their power even as they run the entire country into the ground.

"Nothing will deter or interrupt ActBlue’s mission and work to enable millions of Americans to participate in our democracy. There is an ongoing and persistent effort to weaken the confidence of the American people in what’s possible," ActBlue CEO Regina Wallace-Jones wrote in a letter to Democratic supporters.

Wallace-Jones touted the platform's incredibly successful start to the year, with $400 million raised during the first three months of 2025 as Americans throw their money behind the people standing up to Donald Trump.

If we allow Trump to proceed with this scheme, the results for our democracy will be catastrophic. We are not far off from him declaring all support for Democrats as illegal.
