Absolutely disgusted with
@bookmyshow
's incompetence. Booked tickets, show rescheduled last minute by them, asked for refund due to flight constraints. Promised refund in 2 days, it's been 20! Constant runaround, empty promises. Unacceptable! #BookMyRefund @TheSkyGupta

[Anita Bhatia @ani_bhatia]

Spoke to countless reps - Aditya, Rubin, Mahesh, etc. No refund yet. Promised a response in 24hrs, yet nothing from their end! Sick of fake promises, @bookmyshow needs to step up their customer service game! @theskygupta #BookMyRefund #CustomerServiceFail

[Nik Mehta @NIK511]

Absolutely fed up with @AJIOLife & @delhivery 's customer support! After multiple complaints over email, call, and chat, they still haven't resolved the fake pickup issue by their executives. No action, no accountability. Unbelievable! @help_delhivery #AwfulCustomerService
