My YouTube channel was removed for “Community Guidelines” violations, but my channel only had original handmade 2D animations that I created myself from scratch.
No harmful content, no spam, no reused videos. I’m an animator and every video took hours of work
@TeamYouTube help me
Hi @YouTube@TeamYouTube ,
I’d like to kindly request a manual review of my monetization status.
I’m a 2D animator, and all my content is fully handmade every frame is drawn and animated by me. It’s a time-consuming, original process, and I truly put a lot of effort into each video.
If possible, I would really appreciate a careful, manual reconsideration of my channel.
I also know many creators are facing similar situations if you relate, please support this post with a repost 🙏

I’m being completely ignored @TeamYouTube
This is not about reapplying - my appeal was already submitted and rejected.
I create all my content manually: I draw, animate, edit, and produce everything myself. I showed my full process in my appeal video and explained every type of content on my channel.
I would like to kindly request a careful review of my channel AniCandy
https://t.co/grEntC6Lk2
Yet I received a rejection that does not match what I demonstrated at all.
Support provided no explanations, no details, and no way to escalate.
And my appeal video has 0 views, which raises serious concerns about whether it was reviewed.
At this point, this looks like a system error, not a fair review.
Can someone from @TeamYouTube actually look into this case?
I’m really trying to understand how YouTube reviews monetization decisions.
My channel was rejected for “mass-produced content,” but I create fully original 2D animations and showed my entire process in my appeal.
I even demonstrated how I draw and animate everything manually in Scratch.
Support keeps sending template replies and closed my chat without answering my main question.
I’ve seen cases where YouTube re-reviewed channels after appeal rejections and even restored monetization.
Why is that possible for some creators, but not for others?
I truly believe my case was misclassified and deserves a proper manual review.

@TeamYouTube
@TeamYouTube@YouTube why am I being completely ignored?
I’ve reached out multiple times, spoke with support, submitted a detailed appeal explaining my entire content creation process as a 2D animator, and still no real response or proper review.
It honestly feels like my case was never even looked at.
Why is there no transparency or fairness in how cases are handled?
Hello @TeamYouTube@YouTube ! I’m a 2D animator, I spend hours creating my content manually, I explained my entire process in my appeal and showed everything, and still it feels like nobody even looked at it. I’ve already spoken to two support managers who didn’t try to understand anything. Meanwhile others get re-reviews and even have decisions reversed. So what is this? Same platform, same rules, but completely different treatment. This is beyond frustrating.
I don’t understand how YouTube handles monetization reviews. @TeamYouTube
I’ve already spoken with two support managers, and neither of them even tried to understand my situation. I submitted a detailed appeal where I explained my entire content creation process — that everything is done manually, with real work behind it.
But the response I received doesn’t reflect my appeal at all. It feels like it was never actually reviewed.
What’s even more frustrating is seeing other creators in similar situations get their cases reconsidered, and sometimes YouTube even admits the review wasn’t accurate.
So why is my case treated differently?
Why does my channel not even get a proper re-review, while others do?
I’m not asking to bypass any rules. I’m asking for a fair and consistent review process.
Why does @TeamYouTube re-review and restore monetization for some creators, but refuse to do the same for others?
My channel: https://t.co/grEntC7j9A
I provided a detailed appeal where I clearly showed my full creation process and explained every type of content on my channel. My work is fully original and manually created. Yet I received a “final decision” that does not reflect the evidence I presented.
Why is this being ignored? Why is no one acknowledging a possible mistake in my case?
I am asking for a fair and consistent review the same level of attention given to other creators.
Hi! Wanted to share a quick update. We sent your channel for another review and it's now back in YPP, ready for monetization. You should see your YPP status reflected in YouTube Studio. Sorry for the confusion and for how your support case was handled. We've shared the feedback with the team.
@TeamYouTube
Thank you for your reply, but I strongly believe my appeal was not properly reviewed.
My appeal video directly addresses and disproves the “Inauthentic content” claim. I clearly showed my full creation process, including how I make mods in Scratch, draw assets, and edit every video myself.
I also explained every type and variation of content on my channel in detail.
Based on this, the decision does not reflect the evidence I provided.
I kindly request a manual re-review of my appeal by a specialist, as my work is fully original.
Hi @TeamYouTube, your support says my channel was 'thoroughly reviewed', but my appeal video has 0 VIEWS. How is this possible? Stop ignoring manual creators! #YouTubePartnerProgram
WHAT???
@TeamYouTube your support agent Macy just ended the chat while I was proving that my appeal video was NEVER watched (0 views). My channel AniCandy is being penalized for 'Inauthentic content' despite me being a digital artist who draws everything manually in Scratch. This is a total disregard for creators' labor. Please help! #YouTubePartnerProgram
Thanks for the response, but this does not address my situation at all.
I have already submitted an appeal, and it has already been rejected.
My concern is not about when I can reapply it’s about the fact that:
• the rejection reason does not match what I showed in my appeal
• I received no clear explanation
• support confirmed they cannot provide details or escalate
• and my appeal video has 0 views
This raises serious concerns about whether my appeal was properly reviewed.
Can you please look into this specific case instead of sending a generic response?
@TeamYouTube I’m honestly shocked by how little support creators receive.
I went through the full appeal process, clearly demonstrated my entire creative workflow, and directly addressed the reason given for rejection. However, the response I received via email completely contradicts what I showed in my appeal.
When I reached out to support, I got no clear answers, no explanations, and no transparency. My questions were ignored or answered with generic responses.
Here’s what doesn’t make sense:
– When YouTube reviews videos (even private/unlisted), they can still register views and affect metrics
– But when it comes to appeal reviews, I’m told there is “no footprint” at all
So how is a creator supposed to verify that their appeal was actually reviewed?
My appeal video is unlisted and only accessible via the official YouTube link. It shows zero views, which raises serious concerns about whether it was reviewed at all.
Support could not explain:
• why there is this inconsistency in metrics
• how reviews are actually tracked
• or how creators can verify that their appeal was properly considered
There is also no way to escalate, no way to contact the internal review team, and no way to get a second opinion.
This leaves creators in a position where:
→ you are rejected
→ given a vague reason
→ you prove it wrong
→ and still get rejected with no explanation
And then you’re told to wait 90 days.
This is not support. This is a complete lack of transparency and accountability.
Creators deserve:
• clear explanations
• consistent logic
• and a real review process that can be trusted
Right now, there is no way to verify anything, and no protection for creators in this system.

I can't believe it, @TeamYouTube has DENIED my demonetization appeal. I literally have a 100 animation channel MANUALLY animated in Blender. I made a thorough 5 minute appeal explaining my process and now they are going to seize my month of revenue for "inauthentic content"
Erroneous Monetization Disable – 100% Original Animation Content
To the YouTube Policy Team,
I am writing to formally appeal the decision regarding "Misleading/Unreliable Content" on my channel. This is an error, as I am an independent animator and every video on my channel is my original creation.
I do not use scraped or automated content. My workflow is entirely manual:
Software: I use Moho, Sony Vegas Pro, Bandicam, Photoshop for all productions.
Evidence: I possess all original project files (moho), keyframes, character rigs, and raw sketches for every upload.
Process: Each video starts with a custom script and storyboard, followed by frame-by-frame animation and rendering.
The previous appeal was likely rejected by an automated system. I request a manual review of my creative process. I am ready to provide screen recordings of my project timelines or raw source files to prove my authorship.
Please restore my monetization so I can continue creating unique content for the platform. @TeamYouTube My channel https://t.co/Oia19JVuDm
