Guys, if you don't think heat training, 120g/hr, micromanaged sleep, strength training, etc. AND a more talented generation of riders makes a massive difference in performance, go ahead and assume everybody is doping.
Don't watch the sport if you assume this, though.
I'm going to stick my head above the social media parapit again, and say that I think what you are witnessing in cycling now is predominantly clean.
I believe in the pro cyclists now, even if they have management or directors who have doped in the past. They're answering the questions and suspicions from a previous generation of dopers, who I also don't think should (all) be condemned.
I'll write an X essay next week, if anyone is interested.
This will be the only my tweet about the argument
5 riders broke the Tourmalet climbing record.
If you are saying that only the first is not clean, this is more about coping than doping.
Enjoy the race and stop speculating about conspiration against your favorite rider.
Just because Pogacar goes solo 80km to go it doesn't mean race is now "easy" for him. At that point it's harder for him than for groups behind. Calling it easy for Pog all the time is disrespectful. He works for it, harder than anyone #pogacar#stradebianche2026
I’m so thrilled we won football, but I’m such a basketball girl that until we can figure this out, it’s just going to feel incomplete. I just want a competitive team. It doesn’t feel like we’ve had that since 2012. Why have so many other schools figured this out but us?
Coach Cig started his IU career by saying Purdue sucks in Assembly Hall and tonight we showed them our National Championship Trophy and beat them in Assembly Hall
It’s 13 degrees today in Bloomington, with a real feel of zero (0!).
And there was MORE fans in The Rock today to celebrate a national title than there was for a 2023 Big Ten game.
This is Indiana football, now and in the future.
Do you know how freaking ballsy it is to talk shit before you’ve ever coached a game at IU, then produce IU’s two greatest seasons, including a natty? I thought Cig was delusional, if I’m being honest. I thought he would suffer the same fate as all his predecessors. Unreal
This might be the best Indiana stat I’ve seen.
The Hoosiers had as many wins over AP Top 10 teams this season (6-0) as they had in their entire history as a program coming into the season (6-116-1).
Total CFP wins the past two years:
The state of Indiana: Six
The entire SEC: Five
We’re living in the crossroads of college football, dear neighbors and friends
Cignetti: "We've got a president from the South, who loves football. We've got an AD, who's a tremendous fund raiser, a people person. We've got a fanbase, the largest alumni base in the country. They're all in, and we've got a lot of momentum." #iufb
