How are other projects dealing with this issue?

Decentraland's daily unique visitors have dropped from 26,000 to around 700, largely due to login difficulties. I often have to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work, and many others report the same issues.

Hopefully, the introduction of the new client will resolve these issues. However, attracting new users has become extremely challenging under these circumstances.

Waiting until Q4 to effectively promote a product in Decentraland is tough, but promoting now would likely result in a significant waste of time and resources due to the poor user experience for what would be agreed upon as a bear minimum to be able to sucessfully log in.
