Does anyone else ever miss our little online community from 2020? I know I can socialize irl now, but there was something so great about the active group chat full of friends who were basically me copy and pasted 💚
To Ralph Norman, the Congressman of the great state of South Carolina,
You say it is “obnoxious” for taxpayers to be responsible for the loans of others.
Well sir, we did a little digging and it turns out you had $306,520 in PPP loans forgiven.
Every penny of that was money that came from taxpayers and it wasn’t paid back.
Here’s the big question: why is it ok for YOU, but not
students trying to make their lives better?

And lastly, it’s because you’re an asshole.
#OTD My great-great-aunt Mildred Harnack was beheaded on Hitler’s direct order. Born in Milwaukee, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin & moved to Germany to pursue a PhD. As an American grad student in Berlin, she witnessed a rapid increase in Hitler's popularity. 1/12

@fxliciaa I relate to this completely! I used to feel insecure about not posting, but I think I’ve finally convinced myself that making myself feel sick over the prospect of posting on social media is not worth it. Fingers crossed I remember my own lesson!
Happy New Year! I hope everyone has been able to find some peace (and maybe some good snacks!) this holiday season.
I've had some time to write, so please enjoy a new chapter of Seasons May Change!
