@That_Kartikey device has already gone through 4 display replacements, costing around ₹80,000(to company)
There is clearly quality issue with display being installed each time. Yet, they keeps asking me to visit the SC again &replace display instead of providing replacement with another model
@That_Kartikey Bro, since 3rd May 2025, I have been struggling with my Xiaomi 13 Pro, but the company has failed to provide a permanent solution. Xiaomi is completely wasting resources on repeated repairs, and the customer remains unsatisfied.
@MiIndiaSupport today morning I got pink line on my screen of Xiaomi 13 pro .. I switched from oneplus to xiaomi just because of this issue.. Now facing same in Xiaomi.. Do you have any solution?
Finally after 5 months , I received my Xiaomi 13 pro from service center. After received mobile, display flickering issues and moving display. Service center said software issue asked to wipe data, but nothing fixed. Im tired with service center.

Last time faced issues after update,& now it’s happening again. Recently, HyperOS update was released, & after updating my Xiaomi 13 Pro today, pink line issue has reappeared. Updates are supposed to bring improvements,but if they end up causing line issues,really disappointing.
@XiaomiIndia I'm still facing the issue even after three repairs (job sheet) and multiple visits. The problem has worsened after sc repair, and no permanent solution has been provided. Please arrange repair at an experienced service center. Kindly contact me asap

@callmeshazzam Grievance team has denied giving a replacement and is not helping. Even after so many complaints, they have still kept my grievance ON HOLD. @callmeshazzam
