No trace of 2 bags - no support on ground at RUH airport and customer care is not lifting even after 20 mins holding on international travel

@IndiGo6E this is a total harassment for a traveler sitting overseas and more than 12 hours of landing and multiple communications from customer side, your customer care didn’t bother to update status of baggage. Please bother to respond and update . @DGCAIndia please to look into it.
