@niviasports Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered Indian football team jersey on 24th September for today’s Brazil vs India match. Scheduled delivery was on 30th. Suddenly, I got message that order will be picked up on 30th and delivered by 5th October.

@MySamsonite disappointing gesture. Costly trolley within warranty got damaged due a sudden wheel breakage. While sent details to customer support, straight away denied to replace or repair the body. I’ve to throw away the bag now. No point in using your product. Poor experience.
