In Canada, if an incident occurs, its responsibility is taken by Lawrence Bishnoi, who is based in India. Similarly, if an incident happens in India, its responsibility is taken by Goldy Brar, who is based in Canada.

Both of them belong to the same gang and employ clever tactics. Goldy, residing in Canada, avoids causing trouble there as the local police would apprehend him. Likewise, Lawrence, residing in India, refrains from causing issues there to avoid complicating his situation.

Hence, both of them assume responsibility in each other's country as a strategic move to ensure their safety.
