I am facing an issue with my Rapido Captain account. I am unable to redeem or transfer the money available in my wallet to my registered bank account because the wallet transfer option is not available in my account.

We have sended legal notice to you on 4th April but you have not responded on it.
So now you are forcing me to go towards legal formalities.

And the said part is that they raise just an service ticket then calling and asking issues
And they are not already aware of ongoing tickets.

It's 4 months completed today but still my vehicle is under repair ola Service Centre Vapi.
And still nothing is happening on it
Asking again and again Charges and giving fake commitments and making fools to all customers by giving warranty and all.
