In situations where men aren't encouraged to speak about feelings or their legit fears dismissed, they believe they are the larger victims. Add a domestic exploitation situation, they are convinced it's the larger picture and not a sectional issue. That's why conversations needed

I don't just know about this but I work with hundreds of such boys every year on such issues :)
My feminism isn't perfect, but I'm sure there's nothing delusional about it. The root of the issue discussed in the article & corporal punishment is the same - patriarchy.

Some men, upon knowing my field of work, tell me how they genuinely believe that men are the disadvantaged gender in comparison to women. Their arguments usually start with "Idk much, but.." / "In my limited knowledge.."

@the_transit_guy Idk how exactly you define transit, but the Delhi Metro network is exceptionally connected.
As for Mumbai, the local & bus service combined is, again, the most connected networks of transport and also one of the most affordable ever.
